Investment Options

Active Management Option (alpha strategy) is designed to add alpha to the portfolio. Mixing durations and techniques, the strategy has been developed to seek a statistical edge in the market. Dynamic Fund Management offers this most customized strategy for its institutional clients.

Passive Management Option (hedge strategy) consists of helping our clients reduce the risk that their entire portfolio is exposed to by fully or partially hedging their international investment values that arise from changes in currrency prices.

Exposure Control and Risk Management Strategy

For each of its products, DFM has developed a sophisticated exposure control and risk management procedures. Risk is controlled by the automation of stop losses, trailing stops, and take profits based on statistical analysis. However, in extreme volatility, stop loss orders might not be triggered. The Value at Risk (VaR) of every portfolio is closely scrutinized, calculated and trades rebalanced to match the risk/return strategy. Strengthening that procedure, DFM has created a unique hybrid model designed to capture fluctuations in different market conditions using a variety of highly liquid pairs and a very low cost per transaction.
